Our school motto 'Learning and Growing Together' reflects both our belief that we all learn from each other and that together we support each other's learning. As we learn, we grow to become the best that we can be.
Our philosophy is that all children have the right to aspire for a positive successful future and that our school supports their learning and their growth as the future caretakers of our world.
'Growing' also reflects our participation in the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden National Program. Each week our students are involved in activities in our 140 square metre gardens, sowing, growing and harvesting vegetables, fruits and herbs. This produce is then carried into our kitchen where children prepare beautiful fresh foods. This wonderful program teaches our children about organic and sustainable gardening practices and about safe, preparation of nutritious and enjoyable foods.
