Benarkin State School aims to meet each individual’s learning needs to best prepare them for their future. We believe that education involves an important partnership between the home, the school and the child. The support of parents is vitally important, both to the school and to all students.

We believe in active engagement by the child in learning. This is encouraged by plenty of hands-on learning activities; experiences that are meaningful and challenging; and a belief that children learn through doing; seeing; exploring, investigating and discovering, and reflecting. Learning should be fun!

We aim to provide a secure, happy and healthy environment in which each of our students can grow and learn.
